Duct & AC Coil Cleaning Services

Installation of Whole House Air Purifiers
Whole house air purifiers can be installed into just about any ventilation system. Ventilation systems already include a standard air filter as part of the air handler. However the whole house air purifier will provide an even much greater level of filtration. This is especially helpful for people with allergies or anyone seeking the absolute cleanest indoor air. Honeywell produces many air quality components like the whole house air purifier pictured here. This purifier sterilizes dust particles and eliminates 99% of contaminants with a HEPA filter. It’s filter needs replacement only once every 6-12 months, unlike standard filters which require cleaning or replacement every 1-3 months.
Whole House Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers
While many homes or businesses may not require any additional equipment to control humidity, there are sometimes conditions which require it. Basements are often places where humidity can become excessive. Often a single room humidifier will be adequate. If however humidity problems run throughout the building, you may require a whole house humidifier or dehumidifier. In the winter air becomes dry. Dry air can cause dry skin, dry hair, nose bleeds & static shocks. While the humid air of the summer can cause sweaty windows, mold, mites & bacteria. These components can also be installed into mostly any ventilation system, along with a humidistat to regulate humidity.
Installation of UV lights
UV lights sterilize air as it passes through the air handler. They are commonly used by doctors and hospitals for sterilization. The light kills off mold, bacteria & viruses. UV lights are often come built in as part of newer model air handlers. Many older air handlers do not have a UV light. However UV lights can be installed into any air handler. This keeps the coils of the air conditioner sterile as the light remains on 24/7. There are also UV light air sterilization systems which come as a unit to be installed into the return air duct. These may provide even more intensive sterilization.
Split Mini AC Installation
Because split mini AC are ductless they are excellent for indoor air quality. There are no ducts for dust to accumulate in. Refrigerant lines run from the outdoor unit to the indoor units where the heated or cooled air is generated. The air blowers inside the indoor units are equipped with low maintenance high filtration filters.
